The service

App Test Bench tests your app on real devices. For Android, we run your closed-testing track with 12+ opted-in tester accounts on physical devices for 14 continuous days, with evidence (installs, opens, screenshots, retention) on your dashboard. iOS testing is offered when marked live on the site. By creating an account or purchasing you agree to these terms.

Pricing and payment

Prices are one-time, per app, per platform, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase (on iOS, one device class is included and each extra class is charged as shown). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.

What we promise — and what we don't

We promise the testing itself: real devices, real installs, the full testing window, and honest evidence. We do not and cannot promise that Google or Apple will approve your production or App Store application — those decisions belong to the stores and depend on factors beyond testing (store listing, policy compliance, app quality). If our testing fails for reasons on our side, we'll re-run it or refund you.

Your responsibilities

• You own, or are authorised to test and distribute, the app you submit.
• The links and identifiers you provide (opt-in link, package name, TestFlight link) are correct and remain valid for the testing window.
• For Android, you add our tester accounts to your closed track promptly — the 14-day clock can't run until you do.
• Your app is lawful and doesn't contain malware, and testing it doesn't put our devices, accounts or testers at risk.

Refunds

Full refund on request any time before testing begins on our devices. Once devices have started work, contact us — we'll be fair, but time our hardware has already spent isn't recoverable. If we can't complete a purchased test for reasons on our side, you get a full refund.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to distribute malware, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt our platform, devices or other customers. We can refuse or cancel (with refund of unstarted work) any submission at our discretion.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us for the affected purchase. We're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or store decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accounts and termination

You're responsible for your account credentials. You can delete your account any time by emailing us. We can suspend accounts that breach these terms.
